Shock model is an important field in reliability mathematics. The system failure or system life is the central issues in the shock model. Generally, it is used to describe the life phenomena of the system failure in a random environment, thereby, how to introduce the maintenance strategy of shock model is particularly important in the actual production and life. This thesis establishes a class of generalized gradient wear model and two maintenance strategies.First of all, a shock model is joined in a class of generalized gradient wear model. Assuming that the amount of gradient of wear X(t) and shock S(t) are independent, the author gets the cumulative failure rate function A(t) by quantifying the amount of the gradient of wear and shock, and then analyzes the system’s reliability, final analyzes the accuracy of the model and simulation by means of the software Matlab.Secondly, regular maintenance model on the basis of the built model is put into consideration, and finally the thesis get the objective function C(δ, K1) about average expense ratio with regard to the time intervals8on the inspection and the threshold of preventive maintenance K1, and simulates examples by using Matlab.Once again, the study considers the imperfect maintenance strategy. Maintenance and replacement strategy are established, which contain the objective function of average cost and constraint of availability Ao about system in the entire operation cycle. After discussing the time series of maintenance, the thesis assumes that the time sequence is a composite of weighted geometric process, in other words, the system recoveries to the previous state of repairmen by the probability of p1deteriorates further by the probability of p2.Ultimately, this model is tested and simulated by Mathcad and Matlab.
