Navier-Stokes equation reflects the basic mechanical rules of the flow of viscosity fluid(also called the true fluid), and has an extremely important significance in the fluidmechanics.In this paper, we research the existence problem of global weak solutions for thethree-dimensional isentropic compressible Navier–Stokes equations when the regularity ofthe initial value is low and the flow is influenced by the external force which is related withpotential force and time. When the initial perturbation of density and velocity of particle aresuitably small and lie in and respectively, we can obtain the global existenceof weak solutions by establishing some prior estimate of Navier-Stokes equations.
