The Construction And Application Of County Level Geospatial Information Platform-Take Qin’an As An Example

With the advance of national informatization construction, and the increasingly sophisticated network system, the national and provincial geospatial information platform service system gradually formed. Thus, as the third level, the construction of the county level geospatial information platform can further expand the geographic information service system with the integration of a variety of geographic information resources, which interconnect with the provincial level to create a unified geospatial information platform for government departments and various sectors. In this paper, we take Qin’an as an example, to explore the construction and application of geospatial information platform. Based on the thorough needs analysis, we have the analysis and design of the platform, which in order to determine the mode of the platform construction, the information sharing process, the architecture and the functional structure of the platform, the platform deployment policy, the security policy and the relationship with the provincial geospatial information platform. The paper acheieved the productive methods of the two-dimensional electronic map、3D city modeling and scene calculation and Geographic Information Services release, and built the shared spatial database、 the geospatial information platform and application support environment. According to the needs analysis, in order to promote the application of geographic information services in the relevant industry, the construction and application of the county level geospatial information platform also need the demonstration thematic application system. The demonstration thematic application system can be built form four aspects:the comprehensive application, the land resources application, the cultural tourism and fruit industry. With GIS, which has the powerful data processing abilities and visualizational capabilities, we can bulid a platform that can provide the government and people abunbant of geographic information services, which also enrich the national informatization construction.
