The Ying-Wen road is located in the mountainous southwest area in China,fromYing Xiu town to Wen Chuan county,against the Min Jiang River,stretchingapproximately56km,which is the main access channel for transportation of Aba in Sichuan Province and circle tour of the Jiu Zhai,also is the traffic shortcut connectingthe Northewest and the Southwest of China.“5.12”Wenchuan Earthquake caused alarge number of collapses,landslides geological disasters,which brought a devastatingdamage,more important,the Earthquake made the mountain slope rupture andrelaxtion,after the Earthquake,collapse and debris flow occue frequently in the actionof rain and aftershocks,which affectes the operation of road safety seriously.ThereforeStudying on the development characteristic and prevention counterments of thegeoloyical hazards along the Ying-Wen Road has important practical significance todisaster prevention and mitiation work,also has a certain theory value for similargeological disasters in the Sounthwest mountainous area.In this paper, on the base of researches on geological environmental conditions inthe study area, focusing on the development and distribution characteristics and itsinfluencing factor features of geological disasters along the highway after theearthquake, Systematic summarized the types and developmental characteristics ofthe geological disasters along the highway, and according to its different formationmechanisms, activity characteristics, dangers appropriated control measures areproposed, the main cognitions and achievements are as follows:(1)By the impacts of5.12Wenchuan earthquake,along the highway earthquake disasters developmented,because of its geological and geomorphologicalconditions,the main types of the geological disasters along the highway are landslidesand collapses,shows cluster,correlation,segmentation characteristics in the spatial,cyclical and seasonal characteristics in the law of time distribution.(2)After the earthquake collapses occurred frequently along the road, mainlysmall and medium-sized scale, stability lossing types are mainly Slump-type, fall anddumping, along the road were distributed,from Yingxiu Daoliupo to Yangdian inJinchitown distributed most, the hazards to the road mainly are smashed the roadsurface, the huge stone blocked and buried in the road, blocked the river.(3)According to characteristics of the slope morphological, rockfall movementand its hazards to the highway, Collapse is divided into four types:a largeaccumulation in the foot slope segment, central parts of collapse accumulation slopesegment, the road bedrock slope segment and the tunnel import and export bedrockslope segment, according to their different characteristics and hazards on the highway,appropriated control measures are proposed, and use typical examples focused tomake a detailed study.(4)Combined with the investigation of the debris flow in study area afterearthquake. After the earthquake, debris flow formation conditions and types ofsignificant changes:before the earthquake, debris flow mainly are gully types, afterthe earthquake, the types of debris flow are the surface of the slope, valley, shallowtrench.(5)Depending on the different hazards to the road, these three kinds of debrisflow type are divided into the valley type, slope, shallow trench type in road inside,and gully-type debris flow in other side,and make a detailed analysis on its motioncharacteristics and hazards to the road, the results show that: the debris flows in theother side hazard to the road are washed roadbed, squeeze out even plug the Minjiangriver;Debris flow in the inside hazards to the highway mainly siltation, silt buried andclogged bridges and culverts, and buried the highway, blocked the Minjiang. Made adetailed study of the debris flow, depending on the different types of debris flowhazards to the road, appropriated control measures are proposed to control all kinds ofdebris flow, and use typical examples focused to make a detailed study.
