With the constant expansion of socio-economic and market, the level ofurbanization gradually improve and perfect the national environmental laws andregulations, social, corporate, institutional enhancement of environmental intensity ofsupport, making the extent of China in environmental protection has been moreto thegreater increase and improve. The community is more concerned about the protection ofpublic health, the more value the issue of environmental protection. How to make theoriginal complex environmental work through the information in an intuitive,graphical-oriented three-dimensional map-based application platform, variousenvironmental protection work in the business system together, so that theenvironmental decision-makers can quickly, real-time, efficiently, understanding andmonitoring the state of the environment in the city and all kinds of information relatedto environmental protection changes and to make accurate analysis of thedecision-making and rapid response, a higher demand on the construction ofenvironmental information systems.In this paper, as the basis of the Fang Shan environmental digital platform, wedesigned and developed the Environmental Protection Geographic Information System.After hard research, careful planning and careful design, analysis on the basis ofenvironmental GIS theory and technology, combined with the actual work of theenvironmental protection departments, and environmental GIS system needsanalysis.Start from the overall structure of the system, together with the correspondingtheoretical foundation, design and implement the basic functions of the environmentalGIS system. Focused on solving the ASP.net technology to achieve mass data andshown in Excel. Also designed a system database maintenance and data updates to thedatabase at any time, at any time for repair and maintenance problems to ensure thenormal conduct of their daily work.This system is a set of integrated advanced information technology, environmentalmonitoring and early warning platform, real-time monitoring of surface water, air, noiseand pollution sources based on the visualization of geographic information systems to display, search, statistics, analysis, early warning,control, upload, and to achieveintegrated management of environmental quality and pollution sources and monitoring.Configure line monitoring device interface and video surveillance interface, timely,accurate and complete response to water quality monitoring real-time monitoring of themeasuring point conventional project data, and real-time data transmission to the datasystem, compilation, analysis.A comprehensive reflection of the environmentalprotection department, through real-time monitoring, timely Alarming timely detectionof abnormal sewage, and minimize the harm caused by pollution incidents. The systemis able to realize the needs of environmental protection work.
