The Momoge National Nature Reserve is located in the west edge of Songnen Plain, China. The reserve is not only full of resources of the wetland, but also there is a large number of rare animals and vegetation resources. It is a stopover for migratory birds and water birds’s habitat. The crane is called the God of wetland and designated species of wetland ecosystem. Siberian Crane, as a member of this family, people are very worried about it’s situation in China. Through observing the behaviors of Siberian Crane’s migration, the results show different features and time budget of various behaviors, and make scientific and fundamental preparation for conservation and management of Siberian Crane. In the spring of2010and the autumn of2010, Etoupao protection Station is the main research area of Siberian Crane in Momoge National Nature Reserve. Siberian Crane’s the behaviors of migration were observed and studied, the time for the daily is6:00to18:00.The spring migration of Siberian Crane began in April15approximately, reaehed migration peak period in late April and ended at May15approximately. The Autumn migration began in October15, reached migration peak period in the end of October and ended in the middle of November. The condition of family composition in spring:solitary crane and two adult family accounted for83.8%of the total proportion, the following is two adult with a young family composition, it makes up11.4%of the total ratio, the rest of the ratio is relatively small; Family composition of the general situation in autumn:20%of the family occupy34.7%, and reached the largest proportion; the following is a solitary crane family occupy30%of the total proportion; two adults and a young accounts for27.9%, three types compose the main style of a familial component and maked up92.6%of the total ratio, the rest of the relatively is very small proportion.Through the study concluded the behavior rhythm of Siberian Crane in every day and the time allocation. Time allocation of kinds of behaviors in spring as followed:64.34%for foraging,4.42%for staying silently,13.92%for guarding,4.57%for moving about,11.51%for combing,2.56%for others(Including Combating, flighting, whispering, etc); and kinds of behaviors in auturm as followed:59.35%for foraging,22.21%for staying silently,10.59%for guarding,2.35%for moving about,3.83%for combing,1.68%for others(Including Combating, flighting, whispering, etc). There are obvious differences in time budget of behaviors between adults and sub-adults, and aslo between Male and female.
