In view of the geological features of Benxi Formation (C3b) southern Yanchang with low porosity and low permeability, the paper started with geological features, analyzed the tectonic background for formation of oil and gas reservoir, researched distribution laws and parameters of reservoir body with lithology, diagenesis, and micro-pore structure, studied provenance of deposit and type and plane distribution of sedimentary micro-face, based on various test information of drilling and logging, knowledge of multiply subject with Petroleum Geology, Sedimentary Petrology and Logging&Geological.Based on these researches, the four properties’relations are investigated in depth with the interaction and interrelationship of the electrical property, lithology, lithology and oil-bearing property. Interpretation models of porosity, permeability and oil saturation are established, the lower limit of lithology, physical properties, oil saturation, effective thickness, logging parameters is defined, to provide a basis for logging interpretation of new wells, calculation of reserves, design of development plan.
