With the expansion of the scale of the college admissions and the increasing of the number of the students, the level and overall quality of the students enrollment decline, which make the students produce all kind of feeling for the mathematics during the study, in particular the mathematics anxiety. The mathematics anxiety is a negative cognitive and pessimistic weariness for the students. Emotion which will affect the emotim of the students achievement. How to avoid producing mathematics anxiety has been one of the focus research of the educators. It is worth mertioning that the nonparametric statistical method is one of important method for dealing with this kind of problem.In this paper, the method of non-parametric statistics is appied to study which fators generate the math anxiety of the college students. Firstly, based on the data for the math anxiety from questionnaire surveying, by using some nonparametric statistical such as Mann Whitney rank and so on, we obtain that the fators of evaluation, gender, professional and other factors will affect on the mathematics anxiety notable. Secondly, by using nonparametric test and test, we test and analyze the a mount of data which factors produce the math anxiety, and study the independence of the characteristics of the attributes, obtain that the mathematics evaluation methods, gender difference obey the Poisson distribution. At last, by applying the Log-Linear Model, we investigate all kinds of factors producing math anxiety, and obtain anxiety factors and the logarithmic model of anxiety level. According to the results, sum up the methods and strategies which can reduce or eliminate the mathematics anxiety.
