VSP and multi-wave multi-component technology both advantages,acombination of both coupled with a wealth of information, making the D VSP wavepre-stack inversion for reservoir characterization opened up space for the extraction ofreservoir parameters. The integration of information can improve the accuracy of theinversion and reduce the non-uniqueness of the inversion results.In this paper, forward the theoretical model of surface seismic and VSP theorymodel confirmed the impact of anisotropic in VTI media. Using generalized linearalgorithm damped LSQR algorithm inversion study, the theoretical model inversionand inversion of the actual3-D VSP data are both confirmed before the reflectedcompressional wave and converted wave stacked obtained in the joint inversionresults are reliable,after combined with logging data to verify,the inversion proceedsof reservoir parameters, delineation of reservoir development in the range of verticaland horizontal space, enabling the prediction and description of the reservoir. Theseresults for the oil and gas exploration development provides a direct basis, has a greatpractical value and a very broad application prospectsIn this paper, research work in the following areas:(1)Analysis of the characteristics of anisotropic media and VSP provide atheoretical basis for the Forward.(2)Derivation of the exact reflection and transmission coefficients equation ofVTI media, take as a base,forward surface seismic and VSP theoretical model, andverify the impact of anisotropic VTI media, and to prepare for the post-inversion.(3) Generalized linear inversion algorithm for inversion processing of the twotheoretical models to analyze the accuracy of the inversion of the inversion methodwith different parameters and to verify the superiority of the joint inversion.(4) The prestack joint inversion algorithm processes used in the actual3D VSP prestack data volume, lithology parameter profiles, combined with logging data verifythe reliability of the results.(5) Logging data to determine the time of the reservoir, adopt Layer sectioningtechnique to delineate the vertical and horizontal space and to realize prediction anddescription of the reservoir.
