Seismic Attributes And Its Application In Engineering Nvestigations

For the past few years，The requirement of Exploration Precision for Engineeringseismic exploration has been more and more high with the improvement ofexploration technology.There is an important significance to divide the the thicknessof overburden accurately and precisely tell the difference of buried structure forreducing the risk of development and the price of engineering and improvingeconomic benefit.Seismic Attribute means special metrics which was derived from the seismic dataabout kinematics、 dynamics and statistical characteristics.Seismic AttributeTechnology which plays a huge role in some fields of Engineering exploration cancollect rich geophysical information from the seismic data.This paper selects theseismic attributes and application in Engineering exploration for thesis， searchingand developing the seismic attribute technology，improving the validity and accuracyin engineering geology exploration，and directing the practical production.This paper establishes the forward modeling to select the favorable seismicattributes for research and reveals some issues in shallow exploration we care aboutbased on the data of seismic、geological and well drilling in a nuclear site area.Forexample the thickness of overburden，subsurface structure and weak intercalation’sdetection;it also introduces symbiosis voxel technology to introduce the theory ofgray level co-occurrence and discusses parameters of the gray level co-occurrencethen set up geological model to get seismic section of gray level co-occurrenceparameters and identifies formation boundary and sand body. The Study of the case showes that texture attribute extraction and conventional attribute extraction isdifferent, it’s mainly through the statistics method to find the differences between theseismic attribute is primarily through the mathematical calculation and some changesto extract. Gray level co-occurrence matrix method (the energy, contrast and enntropy)can reflect the image grey in direction, distance and change of information on therange, so to capture the conventional seismic attribute analysis some that can’t identifyspecial target earthquake characteristics. Such as through the gray symbiotic matrixmethod can improve like sand body, pull of dam stuck chamfer of abnormal bodyrecognition. So the recognition result has high reliability and resolution.
