With the development of G/S model, the theoretical ideas get more and morewidely used in geographic information system of professional and industry fieldswhich make the innovative ideas of spatial information matured step by step. In recentyears, this innovative theory combined the characteristics of the spatial informationfield and cloud computing ideas and formed the latest theory ideas——spatialinformation services cloud. In spatial information services cloud, the cloud data hasthe characteristics of massive, heterogeneous, multi-dimensional, multi-scale, etc.There will be a large number of users and their terminal and demand showing themultifarious characteristics. Therefore, there is an important issue that make the usersaccess to on-demand and personalized information services which provided by thespatial information services cloud.On the basis of the research of personalized information recommendationtechnology in information services, then there is an exploratory study on personalizedinformation aggregation model based on spatial information services cloud whichcombined with the characteristics of the spatial information services cloud in thearchitecture, data and the ways of providing services etc. Based on open source WorldWind, the framework was built on the Android platform.Research on the applicationof personalization information aggregation model based on the framework.Through the above research work, the main obtained research results in this paperare:(1)Enriched and enhanced the theoretical ideas of the spatial informationservices cloud. The concept of information and service aggregation in spatialinformation services cloud was enriched based on the analysis of G/S model and thedemands of the popular and industrial applications. The information aggregation ongeographic information browser should be targeted and meet the requirements orpreferences of the users. That gives theoretical guidance and practical basis forinformation service mechanism of spatial information services cloud. (2)Established personalized information aggregation mechanism of thespatial information services cloud. On the basis of the study of being widely usedpersonalized information recommendation and combined with data exchangearchitecture ideas and XXML and HGML data resource exchange labeling standardsof spatial information services cloud, this article established personalized informationaggregation mechanism of the spatial information services cloud. That is a theoreticalguidance for the ways of services of the spatial information services cloud.(3)Established the development framework of geographic informationbrowser on the mobile intelligent terminal based on G/S model. On the basis ofthe study of the GIS application on the mobile terminal and combined the data storageand exchange standards between the services cloud and the client, clarified thedeveloped platform, established the development framework of geographicinformation browser on the mobile intelligent terminal based on the theoretical ideasof the G/S model.On the basis of the works that have done, there are two aspects of innovation ofthe paper. As follows:(1)Put forward an aggregation model of personalized information in spatialinformation services cloud.On the basis of in-depth study of personalized recommender technology, thepaper combined with the characteristics of spatial information services cloudarchitecture, data structures, the ways of providing services and industry applicationsand designed a personalized information aggregation model. Based on the model, thepersonalized information aggregation module of geographic information browser onthe mobile intelligent terminal was developed which achieved personalizedinformation aggregation when the user access to the resources of spatial informationservices cloud.(2)Put forward a development framework of geographic informationbrowser on the mobile intelligent terminal in spatial information services cloud.Based on in-depth study of mobile intelligent terminal open source operatingsystem and open source GIS applications and the demands of the popular and industryapplications, designed the development framework of geographic informationbrowser on the mobile intelligent terminal. The geographic information browser wasdeveloped and run well based on the framework. There is a preparatory work forcontinued functional development of geographic information browser.
