Under Karamay Formation Oil Reservoir in the8th Area of Karamay is a fault block-lithologic oil reservoir. At present, the oil reservoir has entered the high water-bearing development period, But there are many problems to deal with, such as the shortage of water injection wells, poor efficiency in the oil well, rapid rising of water cut, fast decline in production, low utilization degree, and even lower, imperfect well network, indeterminate recoverable reserves of the remaining oil, and unpredictable development potential. In response to these problems, it is necessary to refine and adjust the Injection-production structure.Making full use of the drilling, core logging, log interpretation and dynamic data and imbibing previous research achievements, this paper applies modern reservoir description technology to build a numerical model. In addition, this paper employs conventional reservoir engineering and numerical simulation techniques to explore the rational development ways, improve the water flooding control, evaluate the adaptability of the well network and refine the exploitation techniques of how to stabilize the oil and how to control the water. Finally, the paper proposes the adjusting programs for the under karamay formation oil reservoir in the8th area. The paper concludes the results as follows.1. Carry out dynamic analysis, combine theoretical analysis with production, analyze the characteristics of the water cut and the rising rate of water cut, liquid production index and oil production index; Analyze statistically the water absorption index, utilization rate of water injection and the level of pressure maintaining ect.2. Forecast the recoverable reserves and ultimate recovery rate of under karamay formation oil reservoir with the use of dynamic and Static analysis.3. Create the numerical model of under karamay formation oil reservoir, and make the reserve fitting according to static calculation. On the basis of this, it carrys on the history fitting of the production well, As a result, the fitting accuracy degree satisfies the technological requirements.4. Study the regularity of distribution of the remaining oil. The paper applies dynamic and static methods to the study on the regularity of the vertical and horizontal distribution of the remaining oil, the utilization of the reserves, and factors of effecting the utilization and etc. The paper gets the conclusions as follows. Horizontally, there is a big difference in horizontal distribution of the remaining oil. And there are more than one high value areas which have high reserves and high recoverable reserves. Vertically, essential reservoir reserves producing degree is higher, but the absolute value of remaining oil is relatively large, non-essential reservoir reserves producing degree is lower, the absolute value of remaining oil is smaller.5. The study on the demonstration indicators of comprehensive adjustment technology mainly includes:1) The suitable well spacing density and suitable well spacing.2) The suitable reservoir pressure maintaining level.3) The researching in the limits of reasonable the flowing pressure of the producing well.4) The researching in the limits of reasonable injection pressure system5) The analysis of water injection capability.6) The researching in the reasonable proportion of oil-water wells.7) The researching in reasonable injection-production ratio.8) The division of series of strata.6. The programs of the development and adjustment and prediction:According to the demonstration and research of the under karamay oil reservoir adjustment and control policy, It develops more than one adjusting programs for the injection-production structure, and gives the optimal program after prediction and comparison.
