With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and wireless network’simprovement, more and more wireless communication systems provide users with faster accessspeed and better access services. However, the limited spectrum and bandwidth resources makewireless network resource management practices must consider access manners, type ofbusiness and user preferences and other information to improve the wireless spectrumutilization and to maximize the sharing of wireless network resources. As an important role ofresource management and QoS guarantee, Call admission control is increasingly becoming animportant part of the radio resource management, and attracted more and more researchers’attention. Therefore, this paper conducted a study for the next generation of wireless networkscall admission control bandwidth allocation problem include the following aspects:First of all, typically, users want as little expenditure as possible to obtain satisfactoryservice; the networks would like to utilize the limited bandwidth resource allocation to improveresource utilization and increase revenue to more users, interests of the game the relationshipbetween the user and the networks. Therefore, the analysis of the Labor game model based onthe user and the network as the game, we present call admission control algorithm for nextgeneration wireless networks based on labor game model. First, after considering its own typeof business and preferences, users apply for the bandwidth to the network side; then, considering the current load status and the user’s type of business, the networks allocatebandwidth for users. The principle of the allocation is: The minimum performancerequirements to meet user business types the allocation of basic bandwidth. If the user has ahigher budget and a desire to get a better experience, the networks can provide the extrabandwidth; but it should take punitive charges similar to the luxury tax.Secondly, we constructed a simulation environment based on WiMAX and compared theproposed algorithm and the maximum throughput algorithm. Experiments show that: theproposed admission control algorithm meet the customers’ business needs and improve theunit price of bandwidth. With the same bandwidth resources the networks can accommodatemore users, thereby effectively improving the revenue of the networks; at the same time, withsame user satisfaction, the algorithm of the performance indicators (network delay, jitter, packet loss rate and packet error rate) performance better.
