Stimulated Raman scattering(SRS) is an effective method to expand the spectrum of the laser. It is widely used in laser physics and nonlinear optics.But the low transition efficieney of SRS limit its applications. Many researchers are working to find ways for strengthening stimulated Raman scattering.In this paper, a complete set of liquid-core optical fiber (LCOF) SRS experimental system was developed. Using this system, the influence of fluorescence seed to SRS is obtained. The experimental results showed that using liquid-core optical fiber technology could decrease the threshold, and enhancing SRS of Benzene High-order Stokes Lines by low laser power. It can improve the intensity of Raman spectroscopy when the fluorescence seed TPPS4is added.
