The Hudson oil field, a typical concave-in-apophsis and in excellentaccumulation conditions, is located on the Hudson structure belt of Manjiaer concavein the Tarim Basin. Hudson structure belt is a low-amplitude anticline structure beltwhich grew on the extending southward nose-like uplift of Lun low bulge in Tabeiuplift. The property of the reservoir mainly distribute with mesopore and highpermeability and it has single fluid property with normal-preponderate black oil.Thereservoir has characteristics of tilted oil-water interface and wedge-shaped reservoirand it started to exploit since March1999.At present in the two phase region of thereservior, the Horizontal Wells were distribution of irregular powder points, theyproduce by the power of edge and bottom water, the oil region had been into the stageof waterflood development. And now its recovery level is20.17%and its integratedwater cut is49.83%. The reservoir has characteristics of tilted oil-water interface andwedge-shaped reservoir. After a longer period of high-speed development, thedistribution of remaining oil is very complex, and it is difficult to know how oil andwater flow. This article selects the HD4oilfield in the two phase area as the main object. Andthe Horizontal Wells distribute in this block completely produce by natural energy ofedge and bottom water. This paper do the following jobs: The effect of reservoirdevelopment were evaluated and the incremental rules of water cut was analyzed byusing the history production data. Using geostatistics and PETREL modeling software,we build3D visualization of the reservoir level model, structural model, architecturemodel and reservoir parameter model of typical well area, which quantitativelycharacterize the distribution characteristics of the underground reservoir. By themethod of numerical simulation, after history matching, we recognize that the degreeof the remaining oil distribution was higher when it was closer to the top of oillayer, and those places were with a high reserves of abundance. The remaining oil was scattered where it has no well to control the reserves at the side of the reservoir. Thedistribution of that interlayer and the well pattern is the main reason of the distributionof the remaining oil. Then I analyzed some factors which may affect the production ofHorizontal wells such as viscosity of oil and water、the horizontal and verticalpermeability the place area and of the layer etc. After that,I discussed how to selectthe reasonable well type the reasonable length of the Horizontal Wells the reasonablefluid production rate and the production well spacing, then I put forward the wellnetwork encryption scheme and forecast the adjusted results.
