Abstract With the developing of electronic devices, microelectronic devices scale is into the nanometer scale quantum devices. Spintronic devices is one of the important options for this change. In the nanometer scale,the original design electronic devices based on the nature of electron charge can not continue to work, and the new electronic devices need to be designed based on the electronic nature of this scale. Spin is an important quantum properties of electrons. Thus, before the research and development of spin electronic devices, we must learn the spin characteristics of electron well. In this context, spintronics is a multidisciplinary field.The researches of modern spintronics is closely dependent on the results of various disciplines have been obtained, and is to establish contacts between the different subfields. Spintronics include magnetic electronics and semiconductor spintronics. The application devices of Magnetic electronics giant magnetoresistance and tunnel magnetic resistance of Magnetic electronics are spin valve, magnetic random access memory (MRAM),spin transistors and so on. For the spin control in semiconductor, we have adopted the method of spin injection, transport and so on. The development of new materials is also a good way to solve such problems. Quantum dots, usually consist of nano-particles with obvious quantum effect by the group Ⅲ-Ⅴ or Ⅱ-Ⅵ family element. So the research of the spin properties of nano-scale electronic devices is currently focused on the spin properties of quantum dots. In recent years, advances in nanotechnology can embed a quantum dot into the circuit. Comparing to single-quantum dot system The double quantum dots system have more physical meaning. Based on these, we study the role of the spin correlation effects which point the spin-orbit coupling and the spin-flip effect in the quantum dot and exchange interaction in the transport properties of the serial double quantum dots. We have found that:(Ⅰ) The spin-orbit coupling can lift the quantum dot spin blocking.(Ⅱ) The spin-orbit coupling and exchange interaction together can make some blocking state into non-blocking state resulting in a greater current.(Ⅲ) The spin-orbit coupling and the spin-flip effect in the quantum dot can make some of the blocking state into non-blocking state and some of the non-blocking state into blocking state. Finally, the original current region decreases the current amplitude, no current region current.(Ⅳ) When the three action together, there are more possibilities for the spin blocking lifting. In addition, these properties of such double quantum dot system are very meaningful for the development of quantum spin electronic devices.
