Chunguang Oilfield lies in the east part of Chepaizi uplift, which belongs to theWest Junggar upthrust, which is a single inclined structure to north uplist and oftendevelops vertical faults inside the structure.The main formation of this research isNeogene Shawan Formation.The type of reservoir is shallow complex lithologic,which is of thick thickness, bad diagenesis and strong concealment,etc. There are somany questions such as the geophysical characteristics is not obvious and the fluid isnot easy to be tested. At last, the development of exploration and development will bedirectly restricted. At present, the sedimentary system, types of sedimentary facies,horizontally changing rule of sand body and advantage reservoir of the study area arenot completely understood, and the fine model for the study area of the presentsituation is absent, so it is necessary to do a reseach on the sedimentary system, thetypes of sedimentary facies and the reservoir characteristics of the study area,toestablish the research area of geological model to realize the3d visualization ofunderground geological body and to predict accurately the exhibition clothcharacteristics of the sand body and reservoir physical properties, providing the theorybasis for the design of oilfield development program and the deployment of well site.The study area is mainly Pai2well area in Chunguang Oilfield, which belongs toNo.2structure in the northeast of Chepaizi uplift in western upthrust. First, under thetheoretical guidance of the high-resolution sequence stratigraphy, reservoirsedimentation and development geology, taking advantage of the observation anddescription of cores, using logging and mud logging data, refering to the stratigraphicclassification results of Predecessors,and based on sedimentary cyclicity and levelcontrol principle, the division and contrast of Shawan Formation strata of ChunguangOilfield has been completed and a isochronous stratigraphic framework of high resolution has been established; Secondly, on the basis of stratigraphic division,making the south area of Chepaizi the research background and using thefacies-subfacies-microfacies mode to study and realize the specific types ofsedimentary microfacies of Pai2well area of Chunguang Oilfield. The types ofsedimentary facies are recognized according to the Lithologic features, the grain sizecharacteristics, sedimentary structure characteristics and logging responsecharacteristics.Besides,based on mudstone color value and lithological changes, theregional characteristics of sedimentary environment and sediment source have beencomprehensively analysed. The research shows that the deposits in the south ofChepaizi belongs to the braided fluvial river fan sedimentary system, at the same time,combined with the specific sedimentary characteristics of Pai2block, the typeclassification of sedimentary microfacies of Pai2small blocks has been completed;Thirdly, this paper describes reservoir four characteristics by using collected physicaldata, analysis of laboratory data and thin section data, establishes logginginterpretation plate by fitting, According to compensation sound waves curve and themeasured core porosity, the mutual relationship is developed between the porosity andpermeability,which based on analysis data of the core property, and obtains theoil-bearing lower limit of Shawan Formation in Pai2well area by Comprehensivelyanalysing related materials, determines distribution range of reservoir physicalparameters and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the reservoir types In the studyarea; At last, based on the macrovisual research of sedimentary facies and reservoir,using the software Petrel, applying the phased modeling technology and using themethod of combing Deterministic modeling and stochastic modeling,3D geologicalmodels of Pai2block in Chunguang Oilfield has been established.
