According to systematically analyzing of core drilling and more than60drilling wells、lithology of more than90wells and sedimentary structures the2outcrop profiles of study area. It was marked4sequences (Iron and aluminum section、Bank ditch period、JinCi period and Coal group under section) from Upper Carboniferous were identified in study area. Based on the integrated study of sedimentary facies markers of logging curves、Sedimentary geochemistry、paleontology, the sedimentary facies are divided into carbonate tide. Lagoon tidal flat barrier island sedimentary. river and delta facies. including9subfacies and18microfacies, and the character of each sedimentary facies are summarized. Upper Carboniferous was controled of epicontinental sea depositional setting. At the same time, The each layer period of depositional period of sedimentary system exhibition cloth rule were analyed with combined with the regional sedimentary background and content source conditions, and established sedimentary modes of the groups. Study area formed Benxi period which is dominated by carbonate tidal flat-barrier sand dam-lagoon tidal flat-shallow water delta depositional setting. JinCi period river delta-shallow water system wide range to internal migration basin, form the river delta-shallow water barrier sand dam-lagoon tidal flat coexistence of the landscape. Study area development by Peat swamp and form the regional stable, wide distribution of8.9coal seam, and deposition with the control of Lagoon-tidal flat in last stage of Late Carboniferous. The upper carboniferous sand body type is mainly barrier sand dam and tide way sand body, underwater distributary channel and distributary channel sand body; sand-body distribution was control of Sedimentary environment, sediment supply, regional sea-level fluctuation, basin factors such as the north rim activities. There are72figures,12tables, and100references in this thesis.
