The shortage of water resources has become one of the most serious problems. Quzhou is located in the north China plan which is shortage of water. Groundwater salinity is higher, the contradiction between supply and demand of water out gradually had became restrictive factors of economic development. The geological, hydrogeological conditions were introduced, conceptual hydrogeological model and mathematical model was established, and the numerical model of underground was solved by Visual Modflow. The groundwater salt migration model was established on the basic of flow model. Salinity was selected as modeling factor. Evolution trend of groundwater levels and salinity was predicted. The result shows that:underground water flow direction of Quzhou stay the same, water level falling even lower before2015, the underground water level isoline of2015and2025are roughly the same, it means the underground water level rechive a new dynamic balance; three high salinity value area still distribution in Henan Tuan, Dahedao, Houcun and Yizhuang, salt water area decrease obviously. The plane distribution shape of salt water is not changed basically. It provides a scientific basis for sustainable utilization of groundwater in Quzhou County.
