Accelerated life test is one of the most important method in reliability statistics, while exponential distribution is the common and important life distribution, it plays a great role in the area of reliability.In this paper, we study the estimation of parameters for a kind of accelerated life test under exponential distribution, which enrich the results of statistical analysis of accelerated life test. Firstly, we give the statistical analysis of step-stress accelerated life test under grouped and censored data when the accelerated life equation has m unknown parameters. Second, we study the estimation of the double-parameter exponential distribution for the progressive-stress accelerated life test and the mixed accelerated life test with the methods of inverse moment estimation and maximum likelihood estimation, under the progressive stress of v(t)=kt+v0. |
