In this paper, the graphite the Griddle melting ore and lithium metaborateexisting detection methods, ultrasonic extraction material and ICP-MS methodssummarized and compared various methods applicable conditions of extremeadvantage. Based on the review, the use of lithium borate flux, use of busing stonerods made of the crucible, the temperature was raised to950degrees in a mufflefurnace melt, the melt is a glassy spheres, in the φ=5%(volume fraction) HNO3with ultrasonic extraction, ultrasonic cavitation effect to increase the penetration ofthe solvent, the lithium metaborate molten balls quick broken, destruction of silicategathered accelerated proliferation of decomposition of the material composition,improve dissolution rate of the melt. And joined NaOH, completely precipitated toensure that the elements of Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, etc. However, amphoteric elements suchas Be is again dissolved in an alkali solution. And with a solution ofY,Zr,Nb,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,-Hf,Ta of19elementsdetermined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), in particular,more reliable results can hardly contain elements. Determination of rock, streamsediment and other national standard reference, these components can meet thequality requirements of the quantitative analysis. This method is applicable to avariety of different samples, including samples of the metamorphic rocks, bauxite,rare earth ore, niobium, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium ore and other acid-solublemethod intractable.
