Compared to other measurements that used to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the formation, wireline formation testing possess many advantages. For reservoir management and development it provides very important medium range quantifiable, under the condition of irreducible water exists and the heterogeneity of the formation area which near by the well hole has been considered oil&gas distribution character, especially the effective permeability. Thus the study and improving of the mathematical model that used to describe the dynamic process of the formation testing is import and meaningful for improve our understanding of the reservoir. This paper begins with the study of the common mathematical model which used in the formation testing area. Proposed a new "Frustum-shaped radial direction flowing" model that is more suitable for dual-packer formation tester. Though the evolution of status of the3D seepage gridding to simulating the real formation seepage process. Provide the method that using the pressure curves which acquired from two tests that take place in asymmetric position of the same formation as the ruling condition to carry out a history matching of the well casing fluid production during the testing process to acquire the horizontal and vertical permeability of the formation. The method was also been approached in the explanation of the real formation testing data and laboratorial experiment data to approve its feasibility.
