Under the background of Shanghai65m radio telescope project, three measurementproblems and three data processing problems about the large antenna are studied, this papersolves some engineering problems, and puts forward some new algorithm. The research resultsare verified to be correct through theoretical analysis, formula deduction, experimental data, andsimulation data and so on.Studies of antenna installation measurement are summarized as follows:First, the Shanghai soft soil structure characteristics and project time limit show that the oldcontrol network technology is not suitable for the65m antenna, a new control networktechnology based on the structure design coordinates is put forward, the environmentaltemperature effect on the precision of the control network is studied.Second, the quality inspection of65m antenna back frame with Riegl VZ400laser scanningmeasurement system is studied, and analysis of measurement precision and efficiency arestudied.Third, with the help of precision engineering measurement, the sunshine temperature effecton65m antenna back frame is studied, the sunshine temperature deformation model isestablished, and simulation analysis of sunshine temperature deformation effect on surfaceaccuracy is studied.Studies of surface data processing are summarized as follows:First, a new antenna surface fitting algorithm based on robust estimation and weighted leastsquares is put forward and realized.Second, the principle of the contour adjustment of antenna surface is analyzed, thedifference between normal deviation and adjustment value is pointed out, a new algorithm ofdetermining adjustment points and number, the adjustment value on each point is proposed.Third, an evaluation method for measurement uncertainty of antenna surface accuracy is putforward, which made the measuring result to be completed.Research results provide accurate and reliable measurement for65m radio telescope, and dosome measurement techniques reserve for the future large antennas.
