According to exist exploring data, metamorphic rocks of Hamarhoovor in Hailer-Tamsag basin, volcanic rocks and glutenie of Yngcheng in Songliao basin are fractured reservoir. Lacking of effective identifying and evaluating technical methods for these reservoir, technical personnel of mud logging cannot know about these reservoir clearly, this is big problem for them.Identifying fractured reservoir, evaluating physical and fluild properties methods are establishd. Based on theory deduction and mathematical model, propose new concepts:works index, ratio of work index, relative geologicl factor, relative enginering factor, achieve new methods for identifying and evaluating fractured reservoir.Following conclusions have been drawn:According to that drilling bit must do work on formations, we can make use of work index and ratio of work index to identifying fractured reservior and evaluate the physical properties; establish identifying and evaluating fractured reservoir with relative geologicl factor and relative enginering factor method. Use this method to identify and evaluate fractured reservoir on wellsite; establish identifying and evaluating physical properties of fractured reservoir with difference of relative geologicl factor and relative enginering factor method, realizing grade evaluating for physical properties of fractured reservoir; establish evaluating properties of fractured reservoir fluid with physical properties evaluating parameters of fractured reservoir.
