With the rapid development of global economy, human demand on resources andthe environment is increasing, the polar regions has become all countries compete forattention because of its abundant oil, metals and other mineral resources. At the sametime the polar regions in terms of military strategy, scientific research, environmentalprotection, also has a very important value, is the direct embodiment of a country’sinternational status, comprehensive national power and development ability. With therapid development of Antarctic exploration activities, the study of the polar expeditiontechnology increasingly deep,ice drilling coring technology as one of the main meansof the polar expedition, obtained the development in the world deeply system.The main research of this paper is to design a ice drilling electronic controlsystem core equipment. Through the hardware circuit diagram of each signalgeneration principle to design the corresponding sensor, develop the STM32seriessingle-chip control program and the sensor signal acquisition program, by embeddedsystem acquisition, processing and feedback of various drilling parameters. Finally,experiment simulation of the Antarctic environment, to judge the whole system.Through the system can reflect the real working condition of drilling processreal-time, providing reliable data for field drilling personnel decision, ensuring thedrilling engineering safety, stability, controllability and real-time,having practicalreference value and application value for the Antarctic exploration activities.
