As proficient antibiotics producer, Streptomyces has a long history and plays an important role in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. At molecular level, the regulation of the secondary metabolism in Streptomyces is benifical for the improvement of antibiotic production, it exhibits a broad application in the future. As transmembrane signal receptor, Two-component signal transduction systems (TCSs), plays a part in cell growth, the production of secondary metabolites, maintaining cell virulence, drug resistance, cell quorum-sensing, and sociology behavior, and so on. By bioinformation analysis, we found there were fifty-two pairs TCSs and a three-component TCS and three sigal-component TCSs. we have studied seven of them. By recombination via intergeneric conjugation, seven mutations have been obtained, we compared the difference between these mutant strains and the wild-type in Morphology and antibiotic production, we could initially speculated some TCSs-gene function, we found one temperature-sensitive mutant strain-ASHJG6929. At37℃, the Jinggangmycin yield of ASHJG6929had a great improvment, it indicates that SHJG6929has a key regulation in the biosynthesis of Jinggangmycin.
