The ground laser radar (LIDAR) as a kind of advanced precision3d measurementtools, the measured data of point cloud, simple in structure and details of surveying andmapping precision, can be quickly and accurately reconstruct the object surface. Pointcloud data,3d reconstruction technology in the field of manufacturing has invaluablehelp design, in engineering, science and other fields of application and more widely, inthe search for a low computational complexity and high quality3d reconstructionalgorithm as computer vision, reverse engineering, virtual reality, computer graphicsfield research hot spot, especially for irregular complex3d reconstruction,3dreconstruction technology is still difficult to solve the problem.The specific work the following several aspects:1according to the typical complex irregular structure, and change a complex freesurface object-rockery, using reverse engineering software geomagic studio) for datapreprocessing and3d reconstruction, in a typical irregular complex measurement dataprocessing irregular structure of3d reconstruction process was concluded;2use powercrust3d reconstruction algorithm on several groups of irregular shape,observations, the brief analysis of characteristics and applicability of different dataalgorithm; Using possion algorithm of several groups of the same data type irregularweight, observations, the brief analysis of possion algorithm characteristics andadaptability of data;3combined powercrust algorithm and possion algorithm for3d reconstruction, andby the brief analysis of the results;4simulation spherical shape body point cloud data, using different samplingmethods, different thinning degree is to get the data, using powercrust algorithmrespectively, possion algorithm for3d reconstruction, by setting different forms of datatesting algorithm. The results are accuracy test analysis.
