Residual oil is huge potential resource, men make great effort to work in the remaining oil in order to raise the recovery ratio. Research of residual oil generation and distribution is a worldwide problem in the oil industry, a focus of most attention in the petroleum exploration and development currently and also is one of the three core technologies of oil field development.After40years’developments, the Western B block of Xing1-3regions have entered extra high water-cut period and reached90%with fast water-cut, poor adaptations of the Injection-Production, difficult potential and the surplus oil present a highly complex and dispersive condition in space. Therefore, to ensure the Oil production is determined by surplus oil’s deeply acquaintances and recognitions in later high water-cut production period. To further improve the injection-production well network of the block that according to comprehensive measures of the adjustments of injection-production system, drilling renewable wells, adjustable wells and conventional Injection-Production structure adjustments etc in recent years. It is an unclear cognition on the potential of various surplus oil reservoirs due to the situation becomes more complex. In this paper, Using of the development of effect evaluation system, we made thedetailed evaluation for blocks in each stage of the production from the water drive recovery efficiency, utilization rate of water injection and composite decline rate, degree of injection-production well pattern perfect, as well as energy and energy utilization degree and so on many angle and level. The injection-production well pattern adaptability is studied.Using numerical simulation technology,we clear the residual oil distribution regularity of the block. We clarify the using situation of all kinds of reservoir fom two aspects of water and water conditions. on this basis, we put forward the corresponding adjustment.
