In recent years,offshore wind power is an important method in our country in order to solve the energy crisis.In the offshore wind turbine installation process.due to the impact of wind turbine weight,sea wind and waves, the wind turbine caused great impact on platform, which makes the installation process very difficult. It is necessary to set up a buffer device. This paper mainly based on mechanical dynamics and fluid mechanics and other disciplines of knowledge, learn from the experience of domestic and international relevant engineering to build a buffer system.Simulation and Optimization Study on kinetics of buffer system, can quickly and reliably provide data support for buffer design, convenient and reliable to modify the design parameters, shorten the development cycle. This study main about:(1) To use SL3000-90type wind motor as the object, data analysis and calculation of its running equation.(2) Based on the research object,design a set of reasonable buffer system and describe its working principle and structure.(3) Establishing a mathematical model of the buffer, using the MATLAB software to draw up the simulation program of dynamic characteristics of buffer, we obtained dynamic characteristics and the main parameters change have influent on buffer characteristics through computer simulation.(4) The wind turbine lifting mechanical system model is built with MSC.ADAMS software and connected with AMESim which established a buffer hydraulic system, through the parameters of input wave motion, to complete the dynamic co-simulation analysis.(5) To determine the influence of wind turbine installation stationary and the operation safety of the main factors and secondary factors, as the dynamics performance index of wind turbines and the target of function of fan acceleration, we obtained the optimum parameters of buffer through dynamics performance parameters contrast optimization on the model parameters of the buffer.This paper realizes the simulation and optimization design of wind turbine dynamic lifting buffer system, use the co-simulation design proving rationality, put a kind of forward optimization method based on software, the results show that the system performance is greatly improved, meanwhile laid the wind turbine installation structure and system optimization design a good foundation, which has the widespread application prospect.
