The experience formula of the wind and waves is introduced, and several kinds of modeling method for wave simulation. And introduce the design of the actual sea state of wave energy power generation device and the working principle, and feasibility is verified by real sea state. In the lase of the paper make the battery charge and discharge. Finally, we proposed the direction and content of the future research.Based on the Reality Oceanic Conditions of test research, the topic of the floating wave energy device has been proved feasible.This device can collect and transform the wave into the electric energy output effectively, device and internal hydraulic system design is feasible and effective.
