Uranium is an important mineral resources, geological prospecting work in Tibetlow degree of mineralization in accordance with the law, the area has a goodprospecting, Wu Yu Basin uranium mineralization conditions in Tibet one of the bestareas the Tibetan region is found in the best areas of anomalous uranium. It has beenfound more uranium anomalies, small, quality varies, but the distribution is moreconcentrated, uranium mineralization types, with good prospecting potential of thebasin is classified as current uranium exploration focus in Tibet one of the areas, thepaper relies on southwest nuclear Industry geological Survey research projects werecompleted.In previous papers systematically collected geological, geophysical and otherinformation, based on the combined field production work, the study area on theground gamma spectrometry and radon detailed investigation, and in the mainmineralization on the basis of a detailed survey, summed up the Wu Yu Basin uraniummineralization types and characteristics of uranium mineralization model wasdiscussed and initially delineated mineralization prospects. Made the followingimportant understanding:1.Wu Yu variety of uranium mineralization, type, complexity, mainly sandstoneand volcanic. Sandstone type uranium deposits developed in the northern margin ofthe basin Wu Yu, ore Neogene strata were when Gazha villages and villages; volcanictype uranium uranium occur in the study area Gazha northern village volcanic andintrusive Paleogene formation of dykes, which are the main volcanic Gazha villageendowed mineralized horizon.2.Analysis of typical sandstone-type deposits, based on preliminarydemonstration of the sandstone-type uranium mineralization model, the formationprocess is divided into three stages.
