The first target of geochemical exploration is mineral resources prospecting. How to select quickly and appraise geochemical exploration anomaly and further analyze metallogenic prospect is an unremitting hot point and front topic of geochemical explorer.When analyzing the extraction of geochemical anomalies information, the first step is to choose the gridding method to centralize the irregular stream sediment data. Secondly,this paper determines the optimum method of anomaly thresholds which based on four traditional methods and actual condition of this areas. Finally,this paper researches on the geochemical elements association rule by using cluster analysis and obtains correlation coefficient via calculating the sample’s observation data, which is regarded as a ration target for measuring the similarity of elements. This study classified fifteen elements variables as category 4. The correlated elements of As are Sn, W, Au.This article plots geochemical isoline, single element anomaly and integrated anomaly maps about As and correlated elements after determining the anomaly thresholds and has an important research on geochemical characteristics. Then obtains content characteristics of elements in this area based on comparison of clarke value and background value of national stream sediments, and binds geological characteristics as well as congruent relationship with formation to analyze abnormal area of elements and demonstrate the metallogenic prospect.This research was started from analyzing the geological mineralization setting of the area, taking the extraction of information about geochemical anomalies of elements as key points,utilizing cluster analysis and factor analysis to get the correlation elements of As. Then bonding geochemical characteristics of As to analyze metallogenic prospect of As and Au from three aspects: geochemical exploration anomaly and mineralization, geologic structure and mineralization as well as metallization alteration and mineralization.
