Based on an overall consideration of geologic and economic benefits, we believe that diamond wire-line coring drilling technology is one of the best technology applied to the geology and mineral resources core boring method. However, there is still distance between the domestic and foreign about diamond wire-line coring drilling technology in terms of drilling efficiency, service life of drill pipe and drill utensil,long-hole boring ability and reliability. Especially the problems such as string failure, tripping gear, female thread dehiscing, high pump pressure, congealing mud, the relatively low efficiency and so on,which exist in diamond wire-line coring drilling technology applied to the complex stratum of middle depth. To address the above issues, at home and abroad in the comprehensive analysis of existing products,reading related literature, based on the condition of China such as specification and quality of pipe material, the precision of machine work, level of the heat treatment, status of the drilling equipments, operating altitude and so on, the paper will research and design a new dircet coupled type wire-line coring drill pipe and drill utensil.First, we will ameliorate and optimize the most standing N(with the diameter of 75mm)drill pipe structure, screw thread tie-in’s configuration and size of the buckle to improve their intensity and security. Then we will make a theoretical analysis of strength about a new dircet coupled type wire-line coring drill pipe, to make sure it is reliable and safe when it used in deep hole. At the same time, we will search after drill pipe upsetting, new heat treatment and producing technological and method of drill pipe, according to the fact, improve the overall strength of drill pipes, and improve the longevity of drill pipes. At last, we will make an optimal design conducted on drill utensil, in order to ensure that it’s safe and reliable in drilling procedure.Through the above study and probe, it will optimize drill pipe configuration of the wire-line coring, process parameter further and gradation of drill utensil and improve the security, efficiency and infixing power in the depth of the wire-line coring drilling technology. Through the application in the field, it will optimize that the new dircet coupled type wire-line coring drill pipe and drill utensil can improve work efficiency, ensure reliability in the depth of the wire-line coring drilling technology and complex stratum, cut the cost and labour intensity and extend the longevity of drill pipe tie. It can satisfy the need of 1500-to-2500-meter drill-hole depth.This research result can generalizes the wire-line coring drilling technology. It has some social effects and economic benefits.
