At present small and medium-sized enterprises have the considerable amount of ordinary booklet benders in our country. In a short time it is not realistic and nonessential to replace these equipments with CNC ones. It is the actual realistic to update the manual booklet benders with the economic numerical control system. The CNC bender machine’s core technology is the hydraulic synchronization control technology. Therefore, it is very meaningful for the CNC update to study the synchronization control technology.Base on the study on various domestic and foreign related literatures, the author elaborated in detail the development status, the characteristics, the classification and the control policy of the electro-hydraulic proportional technology. Then the synchronous system is designed. Finally, the synchronous system based on the proportional auxiliary compensation is studied. This article’s main research work is as follows:1、The hydraulic synchronization control system is designed based on the electro-hydraulic proportional technology, established the mathematical model is established according to system’s every single detail and the synchronous system’s fundamental equation is obtained. The system’s transformation function diagram I drawn utilizing host/slave strategy to build the foundation for the following theoretical analysis and the adjustment;2、In view of the bender synchronous system’s characteristics, the system’s dynamic characteristics is analyzed in detail utilizing the automatic control principle. The conclusion can be drawn that the stability and dynamic characteristic can not satisfy the requirements by the synchronization control system only composed by the electro-hydraulic proportional valves. Physical method can be used for the adjustment. But this method has its limitations, and the adjustment effect is not remarkable;3、The PID adjustment method is used. Through the cut and try method, a group of PID controller’s parameters is determined, carried on the simulation through the MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox. Simulation results prove the system have a better synchronized precision;4、The proportional compensation system used in bender is studied, combining the merits of the pump control and the valve control, the fuzzy-PID control algorithm is used for the control system, and the fuzzy controller is established. Finally the superiority of the synchronous method is proved through the experiments.
