Marine oil pollution is becoming one of serious environmental problems in theworld.After the marine oil spills,the sea,the beach will be subject to differentdegrees of pollution.Currently,the main treatment are physical,chemical andbiological decontamination treatment measures.The use of petroleum oil-degradingbacteria degrade the oil pollution is a future trend.However,as the weathered oiladhered to the beach makes it difficult to release into the water,so find a easy todegradation, renewable, less secondary polluting reagent to promote the release of oilis becoming a urgent problem.Biodiesel is a good solvent that is renewable, readily biodegradable, and canincrease the dispersion and dissolution of petroleum.Therefore, this thesis researchfor biodiesel as follows:first,to explore the feasibility of application of biodiesel topromote the release of oil sand,and further study the environmental factors thatimpact the role of promote the release.Secondly, under the action of stimulatingwaves through analog device,study the results of the oil release promoting by addingbiodiesel to the oil sand.Finally,study the effect of the volume ratio of nutrients onbioremediation through experimental studies. Through simulation experiment studybioremediation effect of crude oil polluted sand beach. The main conclusions asfollows:(1)Various types of biodiesel have a role in promoting the release of oilcontaminated sand.According to the type of biodiesel, rapeseed biodiesel (70.5%)isbetter than soy biodiesel (61.3%),soy biodiesel is superior waste oil biodiesel(54.2%);The more dosage of biodiesel,the greater role in promoting the oil releasefrom the oil sand.But when the dosing volume to a certain extent,the effect is nosignificant increase with the increased dosage.Experimental observation,the optimaldosage of the volume is twice of crude oil in contaminated sand.(2)A variety of environmental factors have a great impact on biodiesel promoting crude oil release.Higher oscillation frequency,lower salinity,neutral pH,highertemperature will enhance the promoting role of biodiesel.(3) Through simulation experiments,could get that the use of biodiesel inbatches multiple better than all at once (in7days,12%higher);From the beachenvironment perspective,the smaller the particle size of sand on the beach,the higherthe rate of release of crude oil.The seventh day, the oil release rates of ABC class gritare55.3%,63.8%,72.6%.(4) Nutrient has a great effect on bioremediation: when the N concentration of12mg/L and P concentration of2mg/L,namely N/P is6:1,total removal rate ofcrude oil is up to75.3%.under this circumstances bioremediation is the best.What,smore,the best use of nutrients is use several times or use slow-release nutrients.In theoil spill beach bioremediation experiment,application of biodiesel greatly increase therelease rate of crude oil (30percent),reduce the microbial adaptive phase....
