The large inclined seam in China is relatively common occurrence in theNorthwest,Southwest and southern coal shortage areas.The large inclined seam mechanizedmining,especially fully mechanized longwall mining with top coal caving technology of thelarge angle thick seam mechanized is in urgent need of overcoming technical problems. Studyof large dip angle fully mechanized top coal caving mining support and surrounding rockinteraction relationship for stent selection and the control of working face and the roof,has avery important theoretical and practical significance.This article take the Xinjiang Mount Huangshan River Mine50°in exploiting Steep CoalSeams Group as the background, through a large angle mining roof caving of planar andthree-dimensional simulation experiment, determine the Poplar River high inclined long wallworking face length should be reasonable about100m. Through the stent-top coalinteractions of physical simulation experiment and caving coal working face not concluded: inan area of excessive coal, using multiple round interval equal caving coal, to ensure thestability of bracing system.On the basis of experiment, the paper establishes a large angle coal seam along theworking face to " support-rock" structure model, analyzes the stress characteristics of themodel and gives the support working resistance calculation method; construction of workingface with large dip angle bracket stability model, analyzed the influence of stent to stabilizethe relations between various factors.This paper studies provid a basis for the large inclined seam full mechanized cavingmining,roof control,caving methods selection and support the stability control,and has certaindirect sense in deeply inclined coal seam comprehensive mechanization,safe and highefficiency production.
