Nowadays it is urgent for us to develop newly sweep energy because fossilenergy is gradually exhausted,and the hydrogen energy begins to attact widespreadattention. Although there are a lot of methods to obtain the hydrogen energy, it’s stilldifficult to separate and get hydrogen energy from the mixture system such as tail gasof fermentation..Membrane Separation used in the field of gas separation has been appliedworldwide now for many advantages: operational flexibility, small footprint, stableoperation, less investment, low energy consumption, high efficiency and so on. Theuse of ionic liquid supported liquid membrane to separate gas mixtures and get cleanhydrogen energy has become popular in development and research of new energy athome and abroad.This paper synthesized five ionic liquids such as [BMIM][BF4],[BMIM][CH3COO],[BMIM][HCOO],[PMIM][CH3COO],[PMIM][HCOO], etc.Andit explored the preparation process of the ionic liquid supported liquid membrane withtwo polymer materials membrane supported body: polysulfone andpolyacrylonitrile,then evaluated the permeability of gas such as H2,N2,CO2in ionicliquid supported membrane and the separation ability of ionic liquid supported liquidmembrane in CO2/H2and N2/H2mixed system.Studies show that: The permeability of H2is the highest of2.768×10-7m3(STP)· m/(m2·s·atm), by using the PSF membrane prepared with ionic liquid[BMIM][HCOO] at a temperature of50°C. The permeability of CO2is the highest of5.811×10-8m3(STP)· m/(m2·s·atm), by using the PAN membrane prepared with ionicliquid [Bmim][HCOO] at a temperature of50°C. The permeability of N2is the highestof6.153×10-8(STP)· m/(m2·s·atm),by using the PSF membrane prepared with ionicliquid [Bmim][HCOO] at a temperature of50°C.In CO2/H2mixed system,the separation factor can be achieved in the maximum of13.7when the injection pressureis50kPa and the temperature is30°C, by using the PSF membrane prepared with ionicliquid [Bmim][BF4].In N2/H2Mixed system,the separation factor can be achieved inthe maximum of13.7when the injection pressure is50kPa and temperature is40°C,by using the PAN membrane prepared with ionic liquid [Bmim][HCOO].
