With Gu jia tai iron ore for the project background, the engineering geologicaldata collection, collation and summary, based on the combination of on-siteengineering geological conditions and indoor rock mechanics test results, the stabilityof Gu jia tai iron ore grading carried out to determine the different sections of oreindicators of physical and mechanical parameters. FLAC3D software is used toanalyze the strength reduction stability of three-dimensional pillar, gain the variationof safety factor reduction and optimize the pillar size.Orthogonal experimental designmethod is used to simulate the real three-dimensional stope mining and filling process,analyzing the ore deposition roof, pull the plastic zone and stress distribution. We candetermine the different ore parameters of the rational exploitation size.The main contents are as follows:(1) We divide Gu jia tai iron ore into nine sections by engineering geologicaldata collection, collation and summary and the indoor rock mechanics testing andfield testing of rock mechanics are processing for ore samples collected on eachsection. Combined with laboratory and field test results of the partition wall rock levelcorrection, to get four different physical and mechanical parameters of the ore body.(2)FLAC3D software is used to establish pillar of the three-dimensionalcomputational model. The width of the pillars of rational is optimized according to theconditions according to four different parameters of the shear pillar safety factor,combining with the strength reduction principle.(3)The FLAC3D software is used to simulate the real the process of filling andexcavation adopting the orthogonal experimental design method. The biggest oredeposition of the roof, the plastic zone and the maximum tensile stress are as the orestope roof stability analysis during the evaluation through the orthogonal design tableof factor4with three levels. The factors of affecting the roof stability the nature arethe ore, ore room width, anchor spacing through the method of very poor analysis.Ofthe16programs classified according to the ore lithologies, were selected out of four parameters of the roof rock ore body the best solution, in order to achieve the optimalwidth of the ore roof.
