According to statistics, in the national coal mine accident, Gas explosion is the highestpercentage losses and casualties, the largest and most of the bad social negative impact ofmining accidents. To know all types of gas explosion causing hazards comprehensivly andsystematicly, analysis the hierarchical structure of the hazards, and master the causingmechanism and the evolution process of gas explosion. It has the important practicalsignificance to strengthen the gas explosion hazard management and reduce coal mineaccident rate.This paper first based on three types of hazards accident-causing theory, combined withthe actual coal mining enterprises, to divid mine gas explosion hazards into: natural factorssubsystem, equipment and facilities subsystem, individual factors subsystem, group factorssubsystem4systems which conclude20factors. By constructing ISM of gas explosionhazards, to find out the surface, middle and deep factors of gas explosion, then clarify gasexplosion cause mechanism. On this basis, based on entropy principle and the theory ofdissipative, to structure the SD conceptual model of mine gas explosion hazards. Secondly, tocollecte the coal mine gas explosion hazards datas through investigation and expert scoring incoal mine, using MATLAB2007software to analysis the dates, get the mathematicalrelationship the of variables in SD model, then constructing gas explosion hazard SDmathematical model. Thirdly, using Vensim software to simulate and applicate a coal mine gasexplosion danger in shaanxi province. Based on the results to evaluate and inspecte the SDmodel. Finally, through setting different parameters and initial values, to simulate andapplicate the gas explosion danger of this coal mine, then related suggestions according toforecasting results.Through this study, constructing SD model of coal mine gas explosion hazards based onthree types of hazards theory, descripting gas explosion dynamic causing process qualitativlyand quantitatively, and verify the feasibility of the coal mine gas explosion hazard SD model. It will predict coal gas explosion danger effectively, based on the SD model which builde inthis thesis. According to the simulation results, can find out the weak link of gas explosioncontrol in coal mine safety, chang―accidentsafter-control‖into―pre-restraint‖, speed up thecoal mine safety level growth effectively, ensure coal mine safety production. All these showthat, this research have the important significance to prevente accidents and improve thereliability and safety level of coal mine.
