In order to further study the operational characteristics and the practical applicationof fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor, after improving the previous reactor to re-establish anew fluidized-pellet-bed integrated bioreactor. There are many advantages such asflexible infrastructure installation, less investment in equipment, small footprint and lowsludge moisture content of the device. Fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor (FPB)demonstrated its unique advantages in the field of wastewater treatment. As a pilot test,the device treated water is5m3/h. By analyzing the pollutant removal efficiency of thedevice, the paper studied the feasibility of small-scale-decentralized wastewater thatdeal by the device.After the device’s stable operation, the test continuous monitored the influent andeffluent of COD, TP, NH3-N, TN, turbidity and SS, and the paper took monitored eightwater samples such as raw water, dosing and mixing water before, dosing mixed water,above the inner cylinder intake140cm,175cm,215cm,245cm respectively and effluentto analysis the changes of COD, TP, NH3-N, TN, NO3-N, DO and SOUR. Theexperimental results showed that the average removal rate of COD, TP, turbidity and SS,were90%,90%,97%,86%.The removal rate was high and it can achieve the effects ofsecondary treatment effluent. The device on nitrogen removal efficiency is lowrelatively, but improving DO in the outer tube can improve nitrogen removal to someextent. By analyzing the microbial of the granular sludge, granular sludge formed bycoagulation can increase the microbial biomass and microbial community distribution inthe inner cylinder. Increasing DO can improve the effect of aerobic microbialdegradation of organic matter and simultaneous nitrification and de-nitrification. FPB combined with ozone flotation process for wastewater was used by ShaanGuGroup’s wastewater reclamation. As a secondary treatment system, FPB can greatlyreduce load of the ozone air flotation technology to improve the treatment effect ofcombined process. Effluent can meet the landscape and environmental water standards,and it achieved good economic and environmental benefits. The project has fullyconfirmed that the feasibility of small-scale-decentralized wastewater that deal by FPB.There are broad prospects for development in the field of sewage treatment in future.
