| Schiff base have been widely used in many applications such as medical science, pharmacology and so on for its features of sterilization, bacteriostat, anticancer, antiviral, and oxygen-carrier. Some sterides drug possess anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatism, relieve pain, abatement of fever and anticoagulation. If we introduce some other group to make it schiff base, it can enhance the pesticide effect and decrease the cytotoxicity. The salicylic aldehyde schiff base has stronger antibiotic property. Based on the study hotspot, we hope that by bringing amido or chlorine in salicylide benzene ring, to synthesize new schiff base coordination complex. On this account, we can greatly enhance the pharmic water solubility, increase bioavailability, adjust drug ester-water ratio, to make it easy form positive ions in fluid, it’s beneficial to the interaction with protein receptor or the phosphoric acid skeleton of DNA.We uses two ways to introduce amido to benzene ring of salicylide in this paper, just as amine methylation and chlorine methylation. Chlorine methylation is mainly through Blan chlorine methylation to introduce chloride ion to the benzene rings, and then acted with amine to introduce amino to benzene rings. The conditions of this reaction is relatively strict, but it has a high yield. But the Amine methylation can finish introducing amino to benzene rings by the classic Mannich one-pot reaction. Reaction conditions are relatively simple, but it not easy to purificate, by-products was very more and also has a low yield. Comprehensive comparison the two ways,we found the former is obviously superior to the latter. So in this article, we prepare two new salicylide derivate schiff base via chlorine methylation, including salicylide derivatives Schiff Base, and characterized by IR, NMR and so on. Some scientists found that many metal complexes have a good activity and a specific targeting in antibacterial aspects. In addition, salicylide derivate schiff base has been found having the ability of sterilization, antibacterial, antiviral and cancer, carrying oxygen characteristics and so on. We have synthesized some metal complexes of salicylide derivatives Schiff Base,The biological activity of water Yang aldehyde derivatives of Schiff base metal complexes was significantly better than that of biologically active ligands,which was demonstrated by the ultraviolet spectrum, fluorescence spectrum and agarose gel electrophoresis. In addition, in this paper we compared the biological activity of water Yang aldehyde derivatives of Schiff base and salicylic aldehyde Schiff base by UV spectrum fluorescence spectrum and agarose gel electrophoresis. Experimental results indicated that biological activity of salicylaldehyde derivatives of Schiff base on CT-DNA and pBR322DNA is obviously better than salicylic aldehyde Schiff base, thus we achieved the desired result. |
