Electroplating production is professional and complex. The traditional manualoperation not only will lead to low productivity、poor product quality and loweconomic benefits,but also can’t meet the varieties of small batch productionrequirements. Furthermore, the poor Electroplating production management modecan’t satisfy of modern enterprise management requirements.Production scheduling problem is the core of the electroplating production enterpriseinformation management system. This paper discuss on the electroplating workshopscheduling problem is discussed based on the project “Design and manufacture ofautomatic electroplating lines”. Firstly, the characteristics、 tasks and requires ofelectroplating production management are analyzed. Moreover,the status anddevelopment of production management informatization is researched. Secondly, theconcept、classification and performance indicators of production scheduling problemis introduced. The next, the characteristics of electroplating workshop schedulingproblem is discussed. Once more, the equipment、 layout and composition ofElectroplating workshop site is described. Finally, the productive process ofElectroplate product is expounded.The classification of the hoist scheduling problems and previous experience andalgorithm are discussed systematacially. An algorithm based on single-vehiclemulti-objective optimization dynamic scheduling is proposed. NP combinatorialoptimization scheduling problem is decomposed into two order scheduling problems.Optimal solution is solved by random algorithm, and the results are the analyzed andtested.Combined with the particularity of plating production management, productionmanagement system of the GuiZhou company is designed. System work flow andfunction module are introduced.
