RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)has already developed and reached so far in the world. It can be seen in any trade and profession. The printing industry has also entered in the new developing field too. The main manufacturing technologies of RFID are winding the line, printing and etching. Recently someone has using the steam plate way. There are a lot of manufacturing technologies that have been created because lower the cost and improve the speed of production will be needed. Once the two issue we reached, then thinking about the electrical performance of RFID tag antenna. The printing way has already been applied to many products. If the printing industry does a leader, doing the best in price, speed and quality. So how to improve the electrical performance of RFID tag antenna that is the conductive ink printing products will be discussed in the article. Throughing the use of many methods to improve the electrical performance of RFID tag antenna, researches are as the follows:(1) Through the research and analysis of metal silver particles content for the electrical performance of RFID tag antenna, the results not only about the quality of conductive ink printing RFID tag antenna, but also about the resistance of conductive ink RFID tag antenna.(2) Through the researches and analysis of scraping parameters for electrical performance of RFID tag antenna, the results that the scraper for pressure was applied to the screen (pressure printed on scratch), the scraper and screen printing angle (print scraping angle) will be obtained, the hardness of the scraper and screen printing scraper velocity (scraping printing speed) for the impact of the resistance of conductive ink RFID tag antenna.(3) Through the research and analysis of printing-ink-film drying conditions for electrical performance of RFID tag antenna, the results that printing-ink-film drying temperature, drying time with the resistance of RFID tag antenna and the distance of read will be obtained.In short, through the research and analysis of metal silver particles content scraping parameters and printing-ink-film drying conditions with the electrical performance of RFID tag antenna will achieve stability.
