Through modifying epoxy resin by chemical method , the purpose of this subject was toimprove its heat aging resistance performance and enable them to work in high-temperatureenvironment for long time. This thesis is mainly divided into two parts: the first part containssynthesis of epoxy pre-polymer modified by d part includes synthesis of epoxy pre-polymermodified by amino silicone oil and characterization of its bonding system; the second partincludes synthesis of epoxy pre-polymer modified by silicone resin and characterization of itsbonding system.Various binders have been obtained from silicone resin, amino silicone oil with the helpof the curing agent polyamide resin and dicyandiamide. By the orthogonal experiment, theinfluencing factors of the properties of the binders have been systematically studied and theoptimum process conditions have been confirmed.As the experiments showed that the synthesized epoxy resin modified by silicone resin at58℃, for 6h had better performance. In addition, with dicyandiamide in the curing process,the epoxy resin cured at 158℃, for 1h the shear strength reaches 12.47MPa.The heat-resistanttest has been carried out that the shear strength has been keeping 15MPa though worked at141℃for 60h. The epoxy resin modified by amino silicone oil has good performance at 90℃,with the proportion of epoxy resin: amino silicone oil: polyamide resin = 3:2:2.
