Extrusion machine is a key equipment in the plastic production, the cooling effect quality directly affect the quality of the products and performance. So cooling tube system in which played an important role.In this paper, the problem of vibration has been coming up in the work of extruder cooling system. Detailed analysis of the vibration causes. and according to the principle of fluid vibration, the development of design and manufacture the new shock absorber. According to the actual operation pressure pulsation in the running parameters, the simulated calculation has been used to analyses the fluid flow of the new type shock fluid by using Fluent software. the pressure and velocity distribution has been got of the fluid shock absorber. The calculation results show that the shock absorber has good vibration reduction. Finally the CAESAR pipe stress analysis software has been used to analyses the pipeline system and get the stress distribution of the pipe.This article provide the reference for the optimization design of the cooling pipes installed.
