Because this area has a high value of costal wetland services and the area is belong to national nature reserve as well, in a conclusion, the region reclamation of coastal wetland ecosystem service function is the negative effect, greater than the positive effect, not suitable for reclamation. The economic value of Dalian coastal wetland is 6207.2115 million yuan. Each service function value is less than the Panjin coastal wetland service function value, in a conclusion, the region reclamation of coastal wetland ecosystem service function is the positive effect, greater than negative the effect, suitable for reclamation. The production of coastal wetland is not the only thing to keep the nature ecological as an original state. It can provide scientific basis in order to ensure the best exploitation. Therefore, the wetland ecological protection and development should be appropriated, taking the road of sustainable development, protecting the ecological environment. It plays a very important role in promote the economic development of coastal areas.Coastal wetland exploitation should comply with the principle of paying equal attentions to the protection and development.
