| Being aimed at the tobacco vibration sieve in operation process of separation, there has been the problem that the vibration amplitude of each layer sieve is different. The method of combining the field test, the theoretical analysis and the dynamic simulation was applied. The YQ-2of the tobacco vibration sieve made by Zhengzhou Guardian Electrical and Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd was taken as the research object. Firstly, under the premise of mastering the vibration rule of the each layer sieve, the structure and the operation principle was researched and the mechanical model was established in order to solve the kinematic and dynamics parameters.Secondly, the scene vibration test was taken for the tobacco vibration sieve. The plastic boards of the tobacco vibration sieve were chosen as the test objects. The amplitude response of the time-displacement curve of the plastic boards obtained by acceleration sensor and frequency-domain integral based on FFT filtering (FFT-FDI) was analyzed to determine the reason of unevenness of the amplitude. The stiffness of the plastic boards was evaluated to calculate the natural characteristics. The well-proportioned quality plastic boards were screened and three test plans were put forward in order to calculate the stiffness of the plastic filled with the unevenness of the amplitude.And then based on Lagrange dynamics equation, the mathematical model-3dof dynamics model of a screen mesh of the tobacco vibration sieve was established. The forced vibration characteristic was described by the model under the same situation of unevenness spring stiffness of each screen. The natural characteristics of the tobacco vibration sieve were analyzed in order to deduce the analytical expressions of the natural characteristics with the sensitive degree of the change of a certain physical quantities and the effect of the position of the exciter stations on the vibration amplitude characteristics.Finally, based on Matlab/Simulink software, the simulation analysis of the transient resonance phenomenon of the tobacco vibration sieve was performed in order to obtain the dynamic simulation curve of speed and displacement curve including the speed and displacement curve. Thus the resonance phenomenon was researched in theory.Through the analysis of the field test and dynamic characteristics of YQ-2of the tobacco vibration sieve, the reliable measured data and theoretical basis is provided for the sorting optimization and the development of the next-generation product of the tobacco vibration sieve. In the meantime, the research methods can be also applied to other types of vibrating screen for the parameters optimization. |
