Aspergillus terreus M11which has been used in a new type of ethanol fermentation process was isolated by our laboratory. In this study,4kind of straw was used as material to yielding ethanol. Therefore, it is a significant contribution to environment protection and renewable energy industry. The biggest cellulase production quantity occured at37℃, pH3.0for3d based on the study of Aspergillus terreus M11’s growth conditions Cellulose achieved the strongest activity, when the reaction was happened at55℃and pH5.0. The results which based on studying the process of ethanol fermentation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae turn out that the optimal fermented temperature was38℃, best fermented time was72h,and the best kind for produce ethanol is soya’s straw. So we can obtain more reducing sugar with this method. This method can greatly reduce production costs and environmental pollution, even can gain favorable economic benefits, thus it promise a very realistic application value.
