In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, the Shaying River basin water consumption in rural life increases day by day, That caused the basin rural domestic sewage increase, in the new rural, ecological civilization rural construction process, some problems are starting to appear. For example, not enough attention for sewage treatment, in the rural areas sewage have pipeline transport but not for processing.Rural domestic sewage in Shaying River shows many characteristics, such as small emissions, scattered distribution, difference is significant among regions, daily vary coefficient is big, Intermittent discharge, great variation is often observed in either water quality or flow and so on. A new integrated A/O reactor is studied and invented. Oxidationzone and settling region are linked in this reactor, water cycle is formed in the oxidationzone by aeration, the sludge of settling region inflow the oxidationzone automatic.The best operation parameters of a new integrated A/O reactor in two conditions of room temperature(20-25℃)and low temperatureC 10~15℃)are confirmed through the experimental study and theoretical analysis. Such as hydraulic retention time, volume loading, dissolved oxygen, return sludge ratio and so on. It Mainly Concludes:(i) Operation condition one(the temperature in reactor was setted in 20-25℃): COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS is removed effectively in the reactor. The average effluent quality of COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS can satisfy Level 1 B standard of《Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant》(GB18918-2002); The best operation parameters for the following respects: hydraulic retention time is 13.3h, volume loading of COD is 0.62kg/(m3·d), volume loading of ammonia nitrogen is 0.223 kg/(m3·d), dissolved oxygen in the oxidationzone is 3mg/L. Sludge blanket height of settling region correlated with gas-water ratio, sludge concentration in the settling region positively.(ii) Operation condition two(the temperature in reactor was setted in 10~15℃): COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen is removed effectively in the reactor. The removal efficiency reach 82.62%,71.85% and 65.07% respectively. The average effluent water reach 53.43mg/L,10.70mg/L and 13.14mg/L respectively. The best operation parameters for the following respects:hydraulic retention time is 10h, volume loading of ammonia nitrogen is 0.1824 kg/(m3·d), return sludge ratio is 100%. Volume loading correlated with COD, total nitrogen removal efficiency negatively for volume loading of COD in 0.4-2.Okg/(m3·d) and volume loading of total nitrogen in 0.05~0.29 kg/(m3·d)...
