The Safety Sociology Study In Coal Mine Safety Management

Coal mine accident is the salient performance of the safety issues in contemporary China,and it also constrains Chinese economy development stably,rapidly and sustainably.From the sociological perspective,we can realize the coal mine accident is a imbalance and abnormal phenomenon,and should solve it with the combination of the general theory of sociology and research for safety sociology.Safety sociology is such a applied social science theory.lt seems safety as a socail process.concerns the causes, affects, progress and regulations of safety issues during social developing.From the investigation of some coal mine in Zhengzhou, and some significant cases these years in China,we can find that the causes of coal mine safety issues are so complicated. Safety soiology of coal mine safety research, is based on the sociological theoretical perspective of Malcolm Waters, routine the "action--safe action, ration—safe ration, structure—safe structure, system—safe system" approach, analysis it at different levels from individuals, groups, organizations and society. Firstly,It find that personal skills is not high quelity and weakness of awareness of safety cause the action misconduct.Secondly, the enterprise safety investment is not enough and the management system is unscientific and lack of safety culture system induced the main cause of safety issues. Lastly, social and legal, institutional and corporate associations imperfect mechanism is the deep—seated roots of coal mine safety issues.Consequently, this paper proposes that the only rational measure to resove the coal mine safety issue is the construction of the control system for autonomous action for individuals, rebuliding the leagals and the role of corporate associations from the social dimension, and cultivation of the safety culture plays a core role in coal mine safety.
